 EU-Deactivated Czechoslovakian ZB37 Machine Gun on Field Tripod (Těžký Kulomet verze 1937). It was developed and tested in 1936, and adopted by the Czech army in 1937. It was designated TK vz. 37 (short for "Těžký Kulomet verze 1937" or "Heavy Machinegun version 1937" in English) in Czechoslovakian service. After the Munich Agreement and annexation of Czechoslovakia Germany adopted it as the MG37(t). Production of the MG 37(t) was slowed to a stop in 1942 when most factories began focusing on indigenous German designs like the MG34 or the new MG42. Another few batches were still manufactured for the Waffen-SS, who used the machine gun much more than the other branches of the German military. This example is maker marked by 'Zbrojovka' from Brno with serial number '9393', numbers look to be matching. It comes with smaller type field tripod, normally you only find ZB37's offered for sale with the less interesting bunker tripods. The tripod is in uncleaned condition as found, I couldn't find any visible markings on the tripod. The total weight of the machine gun and tripod is approximately 30kg. The ZB37 has been deactivated conform the requirements of the common minimum technical specifications set out in Annex I from the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/337 and comes with a Certificate of Deactivation. This ZB37 is free to own for EU citizens, aged over 18 years. We will sell this ZB37 only to people above the age of 18 (with proof) within the EU (please check your country's regulations before purchasing). Nice original ZB37 with with tripod in good used condition!

 EU-gedeactiveerd Tsjechisch ZB37 machinegeweer op veld-statief (Těžký Kulomet verze 1937). De ZB37 werd ontwikkeld en getest in 1936 en werd in 1937 goedgekeurd door het Tsjechische leger. Het werd aangeduid als TK vz. 37 (Těžký Kulomet verze 1937) in Tsjechoslowaakse dienst. Na de Overeenkomst van München en de annexatie van Tsjechoslowakije nam Duitsland het over als de MG37(t). De productie van de MG37(t) werd vertraagd en kwam tot stilstand in 1942 toen de meeste fabrieken zich begonnen te concentreren op inheemse Duitse ontwerpen zoals de MG34 of de nieuwe MG42. Er werden nog een paar batches gemaakt voor de Waffen-SS, die het machinegeweer veel meer gebruikte dan de andere takken van het Duitse leger. Dit exemplaar is gemaakt door de firma 'Zbrojovka' uit Brno met serienummer '9393' en lijkt nummer gelijk te zijn. De ZB37 is compleet met een kleiner type veld-lafette, normaal gesproken worden deze ZB37s enkel te koop aangeboden met de minder interessante bunker statieven. De lafette is in ongereinigde staat zoals gevonden, ik kon geen zichtbare markeringen vinden. Het totale gewicht van de ZB met lafette bedraagt ongeveer 30kg. Deze ZB37 is onklaar gemaakt volgens de minimum eisen voor het onklaarmaken van vuurwapens zoals omschreven in de Uitvoeringsverordening (EU) 2018/337 en is voorzien van een Certificaat van Deactivicatie. Deze ZB37 mag vrij gekocht en bezit worden door inwoners van EU-lidstaten met een minimum leeftijd van 18 jaar. Wij verkopen deze ZB37 dan ook enkel aan personen boven de 18 jaar. Mooie originele ZB37 met driepoot in goede gebruikte staat!
