Description

'Haus Wachenfeld' Bank (Spardose). Haus Wachenfeld (Berghof) was Hitler's mountain retreat on the Obersalzberg in Berchtesgaden. This bank was sold as a souvernir item to tourists who visited the Obersalzberg area during and before the war. The wooden bank is unfortunately in heavily used condition, some parts are missing (part of the roof and balcony), see photos. The bank is approximately sized 13,5 x 8 x 7,5 cms. It is 'Ges.Gesch.' marked on the bottom. Still a very decorative and desirable piece!
