Hitler-Jugend Knife (HJ Fahrtenmesser) with motto. The blade is nicely 'RZM M7/38' marked indicating production by the company of 'Paul Seilheimer' from Solingen. Overall a nice original early HJ dagger in very good condition!

Description

Hitler-Jugend Knife (HJ Fahrtenmesser). The 'HJ Fahrtenmesser' (Hike/Camp knife) was introduced in early 1933. The knife has black molded diamond grooved bakelite grips, the obverse grip has an imbedded enameled HJ diamond. The knife comes with its original magnetic sheet metal scabbard, the scabberd still retains most of its original black paint and shows normal traces of usage. The motto 'Blut und Ehre' (Blood & Honour) is engraved on the blade, the blade is in good used condition with some staining and traces of usage, see photos. The blade is nicely 'RZM M7/38' marked indicating production by the company of 'Paul Seilheimer' from Solingen. Overall a nice original early HJ dagger in very good condition!
