Luftwaffe EM/NCO's Belt & Buckle (Koppel und Koppelschloß). Originally the EM/NCO’s buckles were produced with a silver finish until a blue/grey version was introduced around mid-1940, and a tropical olive drab version was introduced in late 1940. This is a nice blue-grey painted steel example, the buckle is complete with its original leather tab. The tab is nicely maker marked by the company of 'Brüder Schneider A.G.' from Wien and dated 1940. This is a transitional buckle with both steel and aluminum parts. The belt is 105cms long and showing some traces of usage. The belt is having a nice aluminum buckle-keeper. The belt is not visibile maker marked, it is showing a faint 'L.B.A.' marking. The set is in used and worn condition. Great original set as found together!
