'Reichsbahn' (DRB) Honor Plaque (Plakette) given to a DRB employee named 'Friedrich Pauker' for his 25th anniversary as a Locomotive (train) driver (Lokomotivführer) on 15 October 1936. 'Deutsche Reichsbahn' was the name of the German national railway, from 1937 it was organized as the DRB. The heavy quality plaque is stamped from a non-magnetic metal sheet showing a silver finish and dark patina. The plaque is post-war mounted in a wooden frame and measures approximately 21 x 23 cms.
