German 'Völkischer Beobachter' Newspaper Stick (Zeitungshalter). These newspaper sticks hung on the wall in cafes, restaurants and other public places. The red painted wooden stick shows to both sides painted eagles with swastikas and the newspaper's name 'Völkischer Beobachter'. The rusted metal clip is 'D.R.G.M.' marked. Scarce and certainly decorative original example in good used condition!
