Wehrmacht (Heer) EM/NCO's Parade Sword (Extrasäbel für Mannschaften und Unteroffiziere). The sword has a molded, black, bakelite grip with the correct horizontal silver wire wrap. The grip is in overall good condition with no chips or cracks. The blade is nicely maker marked by the company of "WKC" Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co. from Solingen. The blade is in good used condition. The scabbard retains most of it’s original black paint, with normal traces of usage and scratches and some rust spots, see photos. The sword is complete with its original portepee, the red/white/red colour combination indicates that this sword belonged to a soldier within a second company. Nice original Wehrmacht EM/NCO's sword in good used condition!
