Case for the War Merit Cross 1st Class without Swords (Etui zum Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse ohne Schwerter). The War Merit Cross was instituted by Adolf Hitler on 18 October 1939 in two classes with both classes issued, with and without swords, for award to military personnel and civilians. The black coloured case is having a neat silver-coloured 'KvK'-logo imprinted on the top. The box is not visible marker marked. The case is in very good condition with minimal usage to the corners. Nice original case in very good condition!
