Case for the MGZ40 Optical Sight (Transportkasten für M.G.Z.40). The metal transport box is in heavily used and overpainted condition, missing its interior. The original late war ordnance tan paint is clearly visible beneath the grey overpaint. The box is maker marked 'hry' and 'WaA' marked. Despite the heavily used condition still a hard to find box!
