Description

Dutch Infantry Officer's Sword Model 1852 (Infanterie officiers sabel M.1852), complete with original Portepee. The sword has a brass hand guard and brown horn grip with the correct horizontal wire wrap. The sword is complete with german silver scabberd with some minor rust at the bottom tip. The blade is maker marked by 'F. Hörster' from Solingen and marked by Dutch retailer 'A.Libert' from Amsterdam. Both the blade and scabberd are showing some normal traces of usage and surface spots, see photos. The sword is complete with original attached Portepee. Nice original Dutch M1852 Infantry Officer's Sword in good used condition!
