The Imperial Navy Observer Badge was originally introduced on 28 May 1915 by 'Kaiser Wilhelm'.  The badge shows very nice & pronounced detail overall showing only minimal traces of usage and wear, see close up photos. The badge has naturally a functional pin & catch construction. The badge is made by an unkown manufacturer being the so-called 'Quadrat' variant. Stunning original badge in very good condition!
