Kriegsmarine Medical Sack. The off-white cotton sack is showing a nice Kriegmarine ink-marking 'St.V.W.' (probably indicating Stabsverwaltung) and date 1941. It is marked 'Laz.Vi' indicating a field hospital (Lazarett). Nice original item in good used condition!
