Luftwaffe Double Decal M35 Combat Helmet (Stahlhelm M35). The stamped sheet steel construction M35 helmet retains almost all of its early Luftwaffe-gray paint, the paint is showing scratches and normal traces of usage. Both decals are in good condition with some normal damage and scratches caused by usage, both decals are retained for about 50%. All three liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet is an early M31 leather liner with reinforced aluminum liner-ring, all eight fingers are present, the liner is a size '56'. The liner is complete with its original liner cord. The shell is marked with maker and size 'EF66'. 'EF' is indicating production by the 'Emaillerwerke AG' from Fulda. The reverse interior neck guard apron has a stamped serial number '3815'. The helmet is complete with its original leather chinstrap. The helmet is in good untouched condition. Nice original early M35 DD Luftwaffe helmet in good used condition, these are getting increasingly hard to find!
