This is a stunning original Imperial Prussian Pilot’s Commemorative Badge (Flieger-Erinnerungsabzeichen). The Pilot’s Commemorative Badge was originally introduced on 27 January 1914 by 'Kaiser Wilhelm'. This badge is a nice period issued example made of heavy quality silver. The badge is '800' silver marked and showing a half-moon logo, the badge can very likely be attributed to the company of 'C.E. Juncker' from Berlin. The badge shows very nice & pronounced detail overall. The badge has naturally a functional pin & catch construction. Desirable original imperial Prussian Pilot’s Commemorative Badge in very good condition!
