USAAF 'Mae West' Life Preserver Type B-4, the standard regulation type intended for Army Air Forces aircrews, also issued to airborne troops on the occasion of Operation Neptune. It looks to be complete with all straps and rubber hoses. It is nicely marked and dated August 1943, there are various markings and laundry numbers visible as well, see photos. Nice original example in good used condition!
