Pair of Shoulder Boards as intended for a Wehrmacht 'Oberstabsveterinär' (rank of army Major). The shoulder-boards are having the crimson branch-colour (Truppenfarbe) for personnel serving as a veterinarian. The sew-in type shoulder boards are constructed from the 'smooth' type wool. Veterinarian 'snake' cyphers are attached to the boards. The boards are in clearly used and tunic removed condition. Nice original pair of veterinarian shoulder boards!
