This is the standard-type WH (Heer) M43 cap-eagle/cocarde (trapezoid), woven according to the 'BeVo'-weave technique in linnen on a field-grey cotton background. These insignia were worn on the various M43 caps throughout the war. Nice original example in good, clearly used and cap removed, condition!
