WH (Heer) Marching Boots 1943

Description

Wehrmacht (Heer) EM/NCO's Marching Boots or 'Jackboots' (Marschstiefel), also known as 'Knobelbecher'. Besides the helmet, the leather boot is probably one of the most instantly recognizable items of the German military. Nice high quality, brown coloured, leather marching boots. Complete with original heel-irons and hobnails, one heel is having period replacement metal heel iron-plates, see photos. The boots are size "29" marked and dated 1943, the boots are maker marked by the company of 'E.Pretzsch'. The boots are complete with all black cloth pull-loops, some are damaged. The boots are showing clear traces of usage but are in overall good condition, see photos. This pair would display great on a combat uniform. Hard to find original pair of marching boots in good combat worn condition!
