This is a nice large sized WH (Heer) Medical Pouch (Sanitätertasche). Maker marked and dated 'bla 1944' indicating production by the company of 'E.G. Leuner GmbH' from Bautzen. Complete with contents as found together. See photos. Nice set!

Description
This is a nice larger type WH (Heer) Medical Pouch (Sanitätstasche). Nice brown leather construction medical pouch. The medical pouch was equipped with basic medical supplies and was to be worn with a carrying strap or carried by the leather handle on top. The pouch is nicely maker marked and dated with 'bla 1944', indicating production by the company of 'E.G. Leuner GmbH' from Bautzen, it is nicely 'WaA' marked as well. The pouch comes with a large part of the original contents as found together including various bandages and other medical items, see photos. Nice and hard to find original larger type medical pouch in good used condition!
