Small lot of 7 Dutch 'Winterhulp' Province Coat of Arms Tinnies (Provinciewapens). The 'Winterhulp Nederland' (WHN) was the Dutch Winter welfare organization and was NSB affiliated. These plastic tinnies were given to people who donated during the street collection held on 17/18 October 1941. Decorative original tinnies!
