Wehrmacht 'Scho-ka-kola' Ration Tin
This is a scarce original Wehrmacht chocolate ration-tin 'Scho-ka-kola'. Empty container produced by the 'Hildebrand' company in Berlin. This was a by the German troops much loved 'special ration' of high-energy chocolate, used as 'emergency food' at the front. The tin is in overall nice used condition, some scratches and normal wear is visible, I was not able to open it. These chocolate tins were ment for military use. The tin shows the 'Heeres' style eagle on top, this is a harder to find variant. Very nice and desirable original item in used condition!
Dit is een zeldzaam origineel Wehrmacht chocolade rantsoen-blikje 'Scho-ka-kola'. Leeg blik geproduceerd door de firma 'Hildebrand' in Berlin. Dit was een door de Duitse troepen erg geliefd rantsoen met stimulerende chocolade, gebruikt als 'noodrantsoen' aan het front. Het blikje bevindt zich in een goede gebruikte staat, normale krasjes en gebruikssporen zijn zichtbaar, ik kon het blikje niet open krijgen. Deze chocolade blikken waren bedoeld voor militair gebruik. Op het blikje staat de 'Heeres' stijl adelaar op de deksel, dit is een moeilijker te vinden variant. Erg mooi en gezocht origineel item in gebruikte staat!
