Original period Portrait Drawing of 'Oberst Franz Scheidies'. Franz Scheidies recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. Scheidis was killed by a Soviet sniper on 7 April 1942 on the Narwa-Front. The drawing is approximately sized 27,5 x 33 cms. This drawing has been removed from a frame, it would look great when re-framed. Great original portrait drawing!
