Saxon Friedrich August Medal in Silver. The Medal was instituted in Bronze and Silver by King Friedrich August III on 23 April 1905 to be awarded in recognition of meritorious service for the Saxon Army. This medal is complete with its original short sized ribbon and comes in its original unfortunately damaged green carton box, the lid came loose. Nice original medal in good condition!
