'Reichsluftschutzbund' (RLB) Breast Insignia (Hoheitsabzeichen). The RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) was an official national organization tasked with all aspects of civil air raid defence. This is a breast insignia as worn by members of the 'Reichsluftschutzbund', 'Sicherheits und Hilfs Dienst' or 'Luftschutzwarndienst'. The badge is executed in the neat so-called BeVo weave style on a grey linnen background. The badge is a bit wrinkled, caused by years of storage. Nice original Luftschtuz breast-insignia in good unissued condition!
