'SA/NSDAP' Medical Pouch (Sanitätstasche). The EM/NCO’s medics and stretcher-bearers were each issued with two medical pouches equipped with basic medical supplies to be worn on the load carrying waist belt. This is a nice light-brown coloured leather construction medical pouch having an imprinted SA/NSDAP marking on top, the pouch is SA Group marked with 'Gr.Sa.' (Gruppe Sachsen). The pouch is nicely maker marked by the 'Bayer. Landesverband der Sattler' from München and dated 1934. The original contents label is unfortunately missing. The pouch is marked with a capital 'R' which indicates that this is a right-side pouch (Koppeltasche rechts für Krankenträger). Rare original early political medical pouch in very good condition!
