DRK district-triangle 'Bremen'

Description

This is a nice original German Red Cross (DRK)a rm-eagle and district-triangle 'Bremen' (Ärmeladler). In December 1937 the DRK (Deutsches Rotes Kreuz) gained status as a legally recognized organization by the NSDAP. As with other essential services in Third Reich Germany, it came under control of the NSDAP. This is an arm-badge as worn by medical personnel of the district of 'Bremen'. The armbadge is nicely BeVo-woven in silver-grey coloured thread on a dark-grey coloured background. Press-studs are sewn on the back. Nice example in good used, clearly worn and tunic removed, condition!
