Luftwaffe Pilot's Coveralls and equipment as found together, consisting of his summer flying suit, Summer Flight Helmet, wrist compass, flying boots and leather gloves. 

The Luftwaffe 'LKp.N.101' Summer Flight Helmet (Netzkopfhaube mit FT-Gerät) is made of chocolate brown leather and brown cotton mesh with steel fittings. The interior of the helmet is partially lined in white sheepwool and lined with leather at the forehead, the cap is size '58' marked. The cap is complete with original short type wire and plug. Everything is nicely marked and the cap is complete with label and maker marked with manufacturer's code 'bxo' which is indicating production by the 'Deutsche Telefonwerke u. Kabelindustrie A.G.' from Berlin. The cap shows normal period wear and use, see photos. 

Luftwaffe wrist compass - 'Armbandkompaß' (AK39). The black coloured bakelite compass is in good functional condition. The compass is neatly marked on the back with a Luftwaffe Contract Number (Anforderz.: FL23235-1). The compass is complete with it's original leather straps and is in overall good used condition. 

The summer flight suit (Flieger-kombi für Sommer) is a one-piece flying suit manufactured in a heavy brown/white flecked cotton commonly referred to as 'salt and pepper'. Fitted with a long diagonal zip fastener from waist to shoulder and with zips at the sleeve and leg ends. It also features zipped leg pockets and side entry slits along with concealed elasticated inner cuffs. This is the second pattern and has the later ring-pull emergency release cord that was introduced so that the wearer could remove the suit quickly without the need to undo any zips. The coveralls are not visible maker marked or dated. The coveralls are showing some regular traces of usage and repairs, see photos. It is in overall good used condition.

The pilot's flying boots (Fliegerstiefel) are in good used condition with functional 'Ri-Ri' zippers, the leather is still very supple. The boots are not visible maker marked or dated. The heels have been post-war replaced, see photos. The boots are in overall good used condition. 

Luftwaffe Leather Flying Gloves (Handschuhe für Fliegendes Personal). Luftwaffe pilots and aircrew personnel utilized a wide variety of gloves. These gloves are made of high quality chocolate-brown coloured leather.The gloves are nicely maker marked. The leather is still very supple, there are some minor damages caused by usage.
