This is a nice example of a Belgian-made WH (Kriegsmarine) breast-eagle (Hoheitsabzeichen). These eagles were most likely produced by a factory called "La Nominette" that was located in Aalst Belgium. The eagle is executed in the neat so-called BeVo weave style in golden-yellow thread on a dark-blue linnen background. The eagle is in mint and unissued condition. Hard to find original Belgian-made example!
