NSKK Sleeve Eagle
Description
Product Images
This is a very nice example of an NSKK Sleeve Eagle (Ärmeladler), as intended to be worn on the woolen service tunics. These eagles were originally worn on the upper right sleeve until late 1938 or early 1939 when it was transferred to the upper left sleeve. This example is neatly woven in so-called 'flat-wire' weave technique and mounted on a olive-brown woolen onderground. Nice example in very good condition!
