RLB Officer's Armband
'Reichsluftschutzbund' (RLB) blue-coloured, linnen-based armband for Leader's (Armbinde für Führer), as worn by RLB Leader's. The RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) was an official national organization tasked with all aspects of civil air raid defence. Uniformed RLB personnel were issued an identifying armband to be worn on the upper left sleeve when performing RLB duties. This is the first pattern (1933-1937) RLB armband showing an interwoven white coloured RLB logo. Both the top and bottom edges of the armband are trimmed in silver tress signifying Officers ranks. The armband also shows an interwoven maker marking, 'ERHA-Wuppertal', together with an 'Ges.Gesch.' marking. Hard to find RLB Officer's Armband in good used condition!
'Reichsluftschutzbund' (RLB) blauw-gekleurde linnen mouwband (Armbinde für Führer), zoals gedragen door RLB officieren. De RLB (Reichsluftschutzbund) was een officiële nationale organisatie welke zich bezig hield met alle aspecten van de Luchtbescherming. Niet geuniformeerd RLB personeel moest een herkenbare mouwband op de linker-bovenmouw dragen wanneer ze in dienst van de RLB waren. Dit is het eerste type (1933-1937) RLB mouwband waarop een ingewoven RLB logo te zien is. Aan de boven en onderkant zit een zilveren bies wat duid op een officier's rang. Op de achterzijde is een maker markering ingewoven, 'ERHA-Wuppertal', samen met een 'Ges.Gesch' markering. Moeilijk te vinden originele RLB Officier's mouwband in goede gebruikte staat!
