Waffen-SS RZM-pattern Sleeve Eagle (Ärmeladler). This is a late war pattern so-called 'Dachau' type machine-embroidered sleeve eagle. These eagles were found in large quantities by US GI's in the SS clothing department at the Dachau KZ when liberated in 1945. The eagle is nicely machine-embroidered in silver-grey linnen on a black woolen background. Nice original example in good unissued condition!
