This is a very nice matching pair of Wehrmacht (Heer) 'M36' type shoulder straps (Schulterklappen) having the black coloured woolen-type piping as intended for an 'Oberfeldwebel' within the 'Pionier-Bataillon 23'. The straps are fully textbook and are executed in dark-green wool having the standard silver-coloured NCO braid attached. Both boards are having two matching silver-coloured pips and the cyphers '23' attached indicating a soldier with the rank of 'Oberfeldwebel' within the 'Pionier-Bataillon 23'. Both straps come on their functional tongues, the straps are measuring approximately 10,5 cms in length. Nice original pair of Pionier (Engineer) shoulder-straps in very good condition, perfect to complete an early M36 tunic with!
