This is a very nice, regrettably single, Wehrmacht (Heer) M36 type shoulder-strap (Schulterklappe) having the copper-brown (kupferbrauner) woolen type piping as intended for a 'Stabsfeldwebel der Kradschützen' (Motorized Infantry). The shoulder-strap is executed in dark-green wool having the standard silver-coloured NCO braid attached and two of the three pips (one pip is missing but can easily be replaced) indicating the rank of 'Stabsfeldwebel'. The strap comes on its functional tongue and is measuring approximately 11 cms in length. Nice original shoulder-strap in good, clearly used and worn, condition!
