WH (Heer) 2nd Grade Shooting Lanyard (Schützenschnur 2.Stufe). This is a second pattern lanyard as used from 1939, it is having one acorn attached, stating that it deals with the second grade of this decoration. The aluminum based insignia is showing a Wehrmacht style eagle above a shield with crossed swords in an oakleaf wreath. It has a nice fieldgrey woolen backing cloth. This lanyard would look great when re-attached to a tunic of 'Waffenrock'. The lanyard is in overall good used condition with normal age and usage toning. Nice example!
