HJ/DJ Winter Blouse

Description

Deutsche-Jugend/Hitler-Jugend Winter Blouse (HJ.-DJ.-Flieger HJ.-Winterbluse). Dark blue woolen pull-over winter blouse as worn by the DJ and/or HJ, it was worn together with the dark blue long ski trousers and a ski cap similar to the Army Mountain Cap (Bergmütze). The blouse is size '52' marked which is a large size. The blouse is complete with RZM etiket. The wool is nicely marked with a large sized white ink stamp 'D.J.-Blusen-stoff' showing a large HJ logo and RZM logo. There is a large manufacturer's marking as well. The blouse is regrettably missing two buttons at the cuffs. The blouse is in very good unissued condition. This blouse originates from a small hoard of HJ winter blouses and winter caps, recently uncovered on an attic in Flanders (Belgium). These uniforms were probably issued to a Flemish HJ unit. Rare original HJ winter blouse in good unissued condition!
