Kriegsmarine 'Küstenartillerie' (Coastal Artillery) Greatcoat (Wachmantel). The Greatcoat/surcoat belonged to the standard equipment of every soldier. The greatcoat could be worn in cold weather or rain and all other conceivable situations. Heavy quality field-grey woolen construction greatcoat, it is fully lined with typical dark-blue woolen lining material, its complete with its original hood. The greatcoat has two rows of six front closure buttons and the greatcoat also has a single metal hook and eye at the neckline, the buttons are the typical coastal artilllery type buttons. The greatcoat is not visible maker marked or dated, it's a large size. The greatcoat is in very good, most likely unissued, condition. Rare and hard to find original Coastal Artillery greatcoat!
