Wehrmacht Reissued Dutch Field Blouse (Feldbluse). This was orignally a Dutch pre-war, so-called 'Grove Stof' combat tunic.The tunic is nicely marked and dated with 'CM39' (1939), the tunic is size '1' marked. The tunic has been reissued in the German Army and has been modified for Wehrmacht use. There is a seven-button front closure, the buttons look postwar replaced. A lay flat collar with a metal hook and loop neck closure has been added to the tunic. The tunic has been completely stripped from its insignia, a ghost from a Wehrmacht type eagle is still visible. The interior is the standard Dutch cotton lining material. The field blouse is in used and worn condition, see photos. These tunics were often worn by Eastern Volunteers within the German Army. This would make a nice and affordable restauration project!
