Cased German WW1 'Fernglas 03' Binoculars (D.F.03 in Behälter). The binoculars are maker marked by the company of 'G.Rodenstock' from München. The binoculars also bear the inscription 'D.F. 03' and a unique serial number. The binoculars are missing one screw-ring on the bottom, otherwise in good used condition, the optics are clear. The binoculars are complete with leather carrying strap. The binoculars are stored in their original late war 'Ersatz' type carrying case. The cloth covered case can be carried on the belt with two leather belt-loops on the back. Inside the lid is the original paper instruction label still present. The case is in very good condition, these cases are rarely seen and especially in such a good condition. A great and honest piece of equipment!
