Cased Silver 'DRV' Table-Medal (55mm in size). The DRV - 'Deutscher Radfahrer-Verband' (German Cycling Association) was the cycling unit of the NSRL (Nazi Sports Office). The front of the heavy quality medal is showing a nice Third Reich style eagle with a nice enamel DRV logo in the center. The table was awarded to a participant in the 'Fritz Opel Jubilee Tour 1894-1934', the reverse is showing the engraved script 'Zur Erinnerung an die Fritz Opel Jubiläumsfahrt 1894-1934' (In memory of the Fritz Opel Jubilee Tour 1894-1934) and inside the oakleaf wreath the engraved script 'Den Siegern von Basel-Cleve' (The winners of Basel-Cleve). The medal is '800' silver marked. The brown coloured case is in good condition with some normal usage to the corners, the case is maker marked by 'Lehmann & Wundenberg' from Hannover. A nice and decorative set in very good condition!
