German M24 Stick Grenade Transport Box
German M24 Stick Grenade Transport Box (Handgranatenkoffer). The box is nicely maker marked 'cjv41' indicating production by the company of 'Franz R. Conrad' from Berlin in 1941. The box retains most of its original fieldgrey paint, you can clearly see overpainted white stripes which indicates that the this case was issued before with smoke grenades and reissued afterwards. There is an ink-marking 'Luftw-Mun' (Luftwaffe Munition) indicating Luftwaffe issue. The 4 metal D-rings on the outside of the box are present. The box is regrettably missing its internal rack as usually. Nice original box in good used condition!

Duitse M24 Steelhandgranaten Transport Koffer (Handgranatenkoffer). De koffer is mooi maker gemarkeerd met 'cjv41' wat duidt op productie door def irma 'Franz R. Conrad' uit Berlijn in 1941. De koffer bezit nog het grootste deel van zijn originele veldgrijze/groene verf, je ziet onder de verf duidelijk een overgeschilderde witte strook wat er op duidt dat deze kist eerder gevuld is geweest met rookgranaten en weer opnieuw uitgereikt is geweest. Op de koffer staat een inkt markering 'Luftw-Mun' (Luftwaffe Munition) wat duidt op gebruik bij de Luftwaffe. De 4 metalen D-ringen aan de buitenkant van de koffer zijn nog aanwezig. Helaas zit het rek niet meer in de koffer zoals gebruikelijk. Mooie originele koffer in goede gebruikte staat!
