German 'Panzerfaust 60' Tube
German 'Panzerfaust 60' Launching Tube (Rohr). The Panzerfaust was a portable, single-shot anti-tank weapon developed by Nazi Germany during World War II. It was the first light, single-use anti-tank weapon based on a preloaded, disposable launching tube. The Panzerfaust design consisted of a light, recoilless launch tube with a single, preloaded, high-explosive anti-tank warhead protruding from the barrel. It was an inexpensive, user-friendly anti-tank weapon for the ordinary infantryman, intended for use by a single person. The metal tube remains a fair amount of its original ordnance tan coloured paind and some red markings. The various distances in the flip-up sight are still clearly visible. Rare original item in good used condition!
Please note: this is not a weapon, only an empty used disposable launching tube!
