Wehrmacht (Heer) equipment strap for non-mounted troops (Mantelriemen für Fußtruppen), this is the type which had an additional auxiliary strap. Equipment straps were popular for a wide variety of uses. The strap is nicely maker marked and dated 1942. Nice original strap in good used condition!
