This is a very nice Wehrmacht (Heer) M36-type shoulder-strap (Schulterklappe) having the white coloured woolen type piping as intended for an 'Oberfeldwebel der Infanterie' within the Infantry Regiment Grossdeutschland. The shoulder-strap is executed in dark-green wool and the board comes on its functional tongue, this is a fully textbook original shoulder-strap. The strap is having the standard silver-coloured NCO braid attached. The boards is having two matching silver-coloured pips attached indicating the rank of 'Oberfeldwebel'. Also attached to the board is an early pre-war aluminum 'GD' cyphers indicating that this soldier belonged to the 'Infanterie-Regiment Großdeutschland', The strap is measuring approximately 10,5 cms in length. Regrettably it's only a single shoulder-strap. Rare original shoulder-strap in good condition!
