WH Reissued Dutch Field Blouse for a ROA Volunteer

Description

Wehrmacht Reissued Dutch Field Blouse (Feldbluse) as intended for a Russian Volunteer of the 'Russian Liberation Army' or 'POA' (Русская освободительная армия). This was orignally a Dutch pre-war, so-called 'Grove Stof' combat tunic. The tunic has been reissued in the German Army and has been modified for Wehrmacht. There is a seven-button front closure using pebbled Wehrmacht type buttons. A lay flat collar with a metal hook and loop neck closure has been added to the tunic. The field blouse is having rarely seen printed POA volunteer collar tabs hand-sewn to the collar. The tunic is complete with shoulder-board loops and buttons. The tunic is complete with a nice pair of 'POA' Volunteer Shoulder-board. The boards are constructed of dark-green coloured wool, having the red coloured 'silk-like' type piping. The red branch-colour (Truppenfarbe) is signifying that they board was intended for a volunteer of the 'Russian Liberation Army'. The POA was also known as the 'Vlasov Army' former Red Army general Andrey Vlasov. A printed 'POA' volunteer shield is sewn to the wearer's left sleeve. The insignia have most likely been replaced once. The interior is the standard Dutch grey-coloured cotton lining material. The tunic is nicely marked and dated with 'CM39' indicating production in 1939. The field blouse is in used and worn condition, there is some staining and there are some (moth)damages, mainly to the back, see photos. Nice original Wehrmacht Volunteer tunic in good used condition!!
