Hindenburg Cross 1914-18 (Ehrenkreuz für Frontkämpfer). The Cross was instituted in three forms on 13 july 1934 as a service medal for soldiers who participated in world war one. It was also the first decoration created by the Third Reich. The magnetic cross is maker marked with 'T.&T. L.'. The cross has been period mounted on a so-called 'Einzelspange'. It comes with its functional pin/catch attachment for mounting it on a tunic. Nice originial example in good condition!
