World War 1 Prussian Belt Buckle (Koppelschloß Preussen). The steel construction buckle is painted in field grey, as was the practice after January of 1915. The steel type buckle is not visible maker marked or dated. It comes on its original natural leather tab, maker marked by the company 'Bergmann & Bellingrath Nachf.' from O.Barmen and dated 1917. Rare original example in very good condition!
