This is a Wehrmacht 4 Years Long Service Award Document (Dienstauszeichnung IV. Klasse Urkunde). This DIN-A4 sized award document was awarded to Unteroffizier 'Karl Schwabe' on 2 October 1936. He was assigned to '1. (Stabs) Kompanie Fliegerschule Fürth'. The document has an original signature of General der Flieger 'Veit Fischer' and facsimile signature of Generalmajor und Kommandeur der Fl.
