British Camouflaged MK II Combat Helmet. The helmet is constructed of non-magnetic steel, the helmet retains most of its original rough textured brown/olive drab coloured paint. The helmet is complete with its original liner and khaki chinstrap. The liner is a bit dry as usual with these British type liners, but is in overall good used condition and can be placed on a mannequin head without problems. The liner is a size '11', it is nicely maker marked with 'TTC' and dated 1943. TTC is indicating production by the 'Teddy Toy Co Ltd.' from Dagenham. The helmet is complete with it's original green/brown camouflage netting. This helmet has just been found in a house-cleaning in the Netherlands and was not part of a collection before. Nice original British helmet in uncleaned condition as found!
