Dutch Binoculars. These were privately purchased binoculars, often worn by officers on their so-called 'Buitenmodel' tunic. The binoculars are maker marked by OIP Gand (Optique et Instruments de Précision) from Gent (Belgium). Complete with leather case and carrying strap. Nice set in very good condition, this would look great on a Dutch 'Buitenmodel' tunic!
