The enamel sign shows the script 'Dieses Haus wird verwaltet von Rischner & Co, Wien' (Dieses Haus wird verwaltet von Rischner & Co, Wien) showing a Swastika with which the owner wanted to express his sympathy with the Nazi Party. The company Rischner & Co was registered in the commercial register in 1938, see scan of the Zentrallblatt für die Eintragungen in das Handelsregister in Österreich of 10 August 1938. The enamel is showing normal traces of usage and some minor damage in the corners, see photos. The enamel sign is not visible maker marked. The sign is measuring approximately 32 x 23,5 cms. Decorative original enamel sign in very good condition!
